Went in here to get a bottle of crown for when I got off work. Had muddy boots and the guy running the counter was very rude and said he was going to charge me extra. Which he did, even after I cleaned them off. I will not be going here again. Absolutely horrible customer service.
I was traveling from Woodway back home to Austin. Stopped in Jarrell at this town center liquors at 8:53 PM. The minute I walked in, the cashier said we are closed and I asked if they closed at 9. He said yeah but had already shut down his register. After going to the car, I realized I had checks and went back in. When I asked, he did not even look up and said "we can't do checks". I'm not even upset about not getting the drinks. This location needs to learn some strong customer service skills. Engage with customers. Just. Be. Nice.
Was so happy to find a Liquor store in Jarrell! With a really nice guy that runs the place!
