They had such a backlog of work that we weren't able to do business, but still took enough time to answer a few questions while I had them on the phone.
They were scheduled to come out 2 Saturdays in a row and never showed up or called to reschedule. When we did speak to someone in the office named Erica (because we called them after the 2nd no show) she was rude and unapologetic.
Did I mention they actually answered my call? They did!
