Very impressive service! I wasn't really sure exactly what I wanted or needed in a storage room (as far as size, climate, location, access). The staff (Lynn) took the lead and explained the process/options in detail. I am very content with the final decision to use Sonterra Self Storage. I have continued using their facility. The biggest factor was the staff - they are amazing!
